A: It is free to sign up to Findyourlover.co.uk enabling you to:

•7. Upgrade your membership

 

To send or receive a message, see more photos of other members, browse and send a gift, read members diaries you will need to upgrade to a full member. To upgrade to a full member follow the instructions once you are logged in from your account settings.


Q3:What can we do as a member?


A: You can search members and contact anyone that you like by sending them a wink or a message. You could be wink or messaged by members to. Once you have initiated contact with someone it’s always good to get to know them before arranging your first date. You can also ignore a member if you have met your ideal lover or in the process of reading all the e-mails you may receive.

 

Q4: Does Find Your Lover Advertise to attrack new members?

 

A: We actively advertise on major search engines such as Google and appropriate social networking sites, each new member goes through an approval process to ensure they adhere to a certain criteria. In addition we continually send out PR about the site and our blog, request new links to relevant websites and raise the profile of the site in the UK press.

Q11: How quickly will my profile be seen.
A: Once you have completed your sign up form and filled in your interests and like, what you are looking for your profile will be on show to other members immediately, you should when possible up load photographs clearly of yourself for a more likely chance of being contacted by other members. 

 

Q12: Why do you need my postcode?
A: This is purely so we can match you up with other members that live in close proximity to you. It also makes it easier to search rathen list towns or postal areas which you may only prefer to reveal to your ideal lover. Q13: Why do you need my e-mail address?
A: A valid email address is needed to verify you’re identity and notify you of any incoming mails and offers. 

 

Q14: What happens to people found to be offering escorting?
A: Anyone found advertising any form of Escorting will be removed and barred immediately from Findyourlover.co.uk. Such accounts are deactivated immediately. Report anyone offering escorting type services or whose actions may be suspicious.

 

Q15: Do you offer a pre-screening process?
A: We do not have a pre screening process for current and joining members.

 

Q16: Can I block a member or ignore them?
A: Yes you can block another member by clicking on ignore member on that members profile page.

Q17: How do I contact a member?
A: Once on the members profile there is an option to click on re: send John a message, click this and type your message and select send once completed.

 

Q18: How can I check for new messages?
A: Select the option my messages, if you have any outstanding messages they will be waiting to be clicked on.

A: You will be billed in the name of Global Personals.

 

Q20: Is billing convenient?
A: For your convenience we will re bill you every month until you inform us of a cancellation.

A: Yes you can pay over the phone by contacting our friendly support staff between the hours of 9am-5pm GMT Only on 01753 271286

 

Q22: Can I pay via the post?
A: We also accept payments via cheque and postal orders. If you wish to do this, please send a cheque/postal order made payable to Global Personals Ltd for 3 months or more membership to; Global Personals 1 High Street Windsor Berkshire SL4 1LD

Q24: How do I cancel my membership?
A: If you wish to cancel your membership with us at any time then please just send us a support message requesting this at least 24 hours prior to your expiry period and we will action this for you. We would be sorry to loose a member, so if you have any questions or ways to improve the site please let us know - all feed back is welcome.

 

Q25: Membership continuation?
A: Your membership continues every month unless you inform us otherwise.

 

Q26: Will my membership ever expire?
A: Your membership does not expire.

A: 1. How do I change my password? If you wish to change your password at any time then please just supply support with a new password and they will update this for you.
